Pricing

On our website you may have noticed that we display a price break for most of items but not for some. This is because of two reasons: The first reason is we directly deal with manufacturers of the promotional items, which is great because we are able to offer you the BEST prices on thousands of products, but it also means that our pricing can fluctuate with manufacturing and raw material costs. The second reason is our prices are based on a regular product’s requirements, some items are totally customized, the prices are varying a lot on the detailed specifications. How to Order

We provide written quotes to inquiries via email. From there you can simply reply with your requirements and our design team will create mock-ups of your item(s), once you approve the artwork and pay your invoice we schedule your order for production. We do not use checkout ordering methods as our prices vary based on manufacturing prices, print and setup costs, as well as optional upgrades and design features. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery services are charged at cost. We do not put markup or handling fees on shipping. Delivery companies in use by Great Wall Gifts include but are not limited to: UPS, FedEx and DHL.

We welcome you to put our rush services to the test. We have provisions in place to deliver "in stock" items within 5 days of order confirmation. Please Contact Us before ordering to confirm stock levels and service availability to your location. Standard delivery times within UK are usually 5-7 business days. Rush delivery is subject to availability and may vary by location.

 

Returns & Replacements

We are committed to providing exceptional service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are available. Rush delivery service is available at an additional cost on most products. In the event that an ordered item is no longer available, or we are unable to fulfill your order then we will notify you within 2 business days to a mutually agreed alternative item, schedule a back-order where applicable, or issue a refund.

Please choose your promotional items carefully. Production commences as soon as we receive payment and written approval. Beyond this point we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or have made any mistakes during the order process. We will gladly remake goods that have been manufactured incorrectly.

 

Artwork Services

We offer a FREE artwork service that includes a digital mock-up of your item(s)! We also have access to logo vectoring and full creative graphic design through our art team. There may be additional costs for these services, so please contact us with details about your project and to confirm eligibility. We offer many services to resellers and marketing companies. Contact us today to learn about becoming a reseller with Great Wall Gifts!

•     Free Artwork — Our team will custom design a preview for you to send to your client for approval, without any branding or contact information for our company on it.

•     Drop Shipping — This is a discreet packaging service where we deliver the item directly to your customer without any of our information on the packaging. It is becoming more and more popular with online marketing companies and agencies who don't have room to warehouse huge volumes of stock.

•     Bulk Discounts — We may be able to offer additional discounts on certain items, this helps you increase revenue when selling our products to your clients. Please contact us to learn of any applicable items, as we can't offer discounts on every product we carry.

We welcome the opportunity to work with non profit organisations and fund raising groups.
